Saturday 2 August: An evening with John Wesley
7:30pm, Wesley Chapel, with Mark Topping as John Wesley. A dramatic presentation with tales from 50 years of field preaching, highlighting the challenge of the message which is still relevant today. Wesley shares something of his life: his search for faith, his preaching, the mob violence, his horseback adventures, his lifelong, single-minded drive to 'advance the kingdom of Christ'. Tickets £5 including refreshments
